For your convenience, the Odyssey Group offers an easy Online option for applying for a Wholesale or Distributor reseller account.

Simply fill out the form and we will evaluate your qualifications for an account and contact you by email once approved.  You will need either a valid Tax ID number and Business License.  Once you have been approved you will be able to login to and view wholesale pricing.

Returns: Any shortage or damage in shipment must be reported within 3 days of delivery date. 90 Days return period from the day of the invoice date. All returns will be accepted for an available credit, merchandise must be returned in the same packaging manner it was received in just like brand new. To request a Return Authorization please contact your sales representative. Customers must obtain AN RMA Number prior to shipping the returns. Any products that don’t appear on the RMA will be refused, and will not be accepted for credit. RMAs that are not used within 30 days will automatically expire and the customer will not receive credit for any item sent but not listed on the return form.

Policy: Tsunami ® Premium Vapor Products are intended to be used ONLY by persons that are of the legal smoking age of the state, and I understand that I may not sell Tsunami ® premium vapor products to anyone under the legal smoking age of the state.

Taxes: The Reseller is responsible for any applicable state or city taxes, and or fees that are required by the state the product is sold in.

Parts: Warning! Use Only Tsunami Certified Accessories and Chargers with Tsunami Products.

Checks: Please be advised that each time any check is returned to S & E Distributors, Inc. marked NSF (“Non Sufficient Funds”), your account will be charged a $45.00 fee.

Late Fee: Starting at 60 days past the payment due date, there will be a 3% late fee assessed to the invoice associated with the late payment.

Should we have reason to believe that any information is false or misleading, we will contact you for further clarification. You acknowledge and understand that if any information is determined to be false or misleading, we will decline your application and/or ceased conducting business altogether.
