We back our products 100% and know that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase; that’s why any purchase made via the website is backed by our 90 Day Return Policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply call our Customer Care department at 1-(877) 831-2917 or by E-mail : [email protected], Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 5 PM EST, to arrange for a credit, less shipping and handling, for any unopened packages returned within 90 days of your ship date.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped within 1 Business Day from Order Placement time (Payment must be made in full before order is shipped).
- Orders are processed at 9 am eastern time. Any orders before 9 am will be processed the same business day.
- Orders are shipped with a signature requirement through USPS / UPS / FedEx service to insure delivery.
- We do not ship to the following: P.O. Boxes, Military Bases, and internationally.
- Tracking numbers are e-mailed directly from our shipping department to the account e-mail address.
- California Shoppers must be at least 21 Years old with a valid Identification card to receive the package, and adult signature will be required at the time of the delivery.
